Position Summary
As an Inside Sales Coordinator / Customer Service Rep, you'll be the go-to resource for customers, dealers, and the sales team, providing exceptional service and support through phone and email communications. Using Salesforce, M3, and other business systems, you'll manage orders, answer inquiries, resolve issues, and help ensure a seamless customer experience.
