Location: Cincinnati, OH
Pay: $40,000 annually (non-commissioned to start)

Schedule:Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Position Summary:The Inside Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting outside sales representatives and assisting walk-in customers. This position focuses on coordinating sales activities, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring timely communication regarding orders, materials, and deliveries.
Responsibilities:- Build standard and custom quotes for customers and sales team members
- Serve as the primary point of contact for outside sales support
- Provide updates on order status, materials, and delivery timelines
- Coordinate deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment• Manage warranty claims and related documentation
- Assist with promotional sales activity preparation
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to ensure satisfaction
Qualifications:- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and deadlines
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
