Bilingual Japanese/English language (S/R/W), Japanese language is a plus. Experienced in manufacturing or distribution industries. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service or support role. Experienced in project management, forecasting, and inventory control. Experienced in computer skills (e.g., ERP or MRP, Microsoft Office, Excel). Capable of effectively handling all aspects of order and delivery schedules of overseas production programs. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills (e.g., lead-time and schedule arrangement). Ability to work efficiently and meet tight deadlines. Provide excellent customer service.
