Inside Sales Coordinator

Linden, NJ | Full-Time | In-Office

$60,000–$70,000 DOE + Commission + Travel Expenses

A growing company is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Inside Sales Rep to join their team. This role combines customer communication, order coordination, and sales support in a fast-paced office environment.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple orders and client requests while helping drive sales and maintain strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Process and manage incoming orders accurately through phone, email, and online systems
  • Communicate with customers regarding products, pricing, availability, and delivery timelines
  • Build relationships with clients and identify opportunities for additional sales and product recommendations
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure orders are completed and delivered correctly and on time
  • Track orders, shipments, and follow-ups throughout the process
  • Resolve customer issues, returns, and order discrepancies professionally and efficiently
  • Maintain organized customer records, order details, and sales notes within company systems and CRM platforms
  • Provide strong customer support and maintain ongoing communication with clients

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems, order management software, and general computer programs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
  • Sales-minded with strong follow-up skills
  • Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or order coordination preferred
