A growing company is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Inside Sales Rep to join their team. This role combines customer communication, order coordination, and sales support in a fast-paced office environment.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple orders and client requests while helping drive sales and maintain strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities
Process and manage incoming orders accurately through phone, email, and online systems
Communicate with customers regarding products, pricing, availability, and delivery timelines
Build relationships with clients and identify opportunities for additional sales and product recommendations
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure orders are completed and delivered correctly and on time
Track orders, shipments, and follow-ups throughout the process
Resolve customer issues, returns, and order discrepancies professionally and efficiently
Maintain organized customer records, order details, and sales notes within company systems and CRM platforms
Provide strong customer support and maintain ongoing communication with clients
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently
Comfortable working with CRM systems, order management software, and general computer programs
Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
Sales-minded with strong follow-up skills
Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or order coordination preferred
