Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service & Inside Parts Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining operational accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide customers with outstanding service and support
• Assist in handling customer satisfaction and resolving customer complaints professionally and efficiently
• Build and maintain strong rapport with customers
• Provide quotes and process orders for customers
• Coordinate with other departments on orders
Required Skills & Qualifications
Core Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to work independently
• Ability to multi-task in a demanding environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with NetSuite (or equivalent ERP system) is a plus
Basic Requirements:
• Minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience
• Basic accounting or financial knowledge
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
• Ability to successfully pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
