Job Summary

The Inside Sales Coordinator works in the sales department to provide administrative support to our sales team.

Compensation

$60,000 - $75,000 DOE

Responsibilities

  • Provides excellent customer service to incoming callers
  • Sorts ready mix tickets
  • Audits ticket times and reports any discrepancies to upper management
  • Works collaboratively with other departments to ensure accuracy and aids in resolving any ticket issues
  • Provides administrative support to the sales team as needed
  • Files, reconciles CODs, contacts customers and provides updates
  • Sends credit applications to potential customers and processes various customer requests
  • Handles inquiries and complaints
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Education

High school diploma/GED

Requirements/Qualifications

  • Prior experience in an administrative support role
  • Able to work in a highly collaborative environment
  • Skilled in establishing and maintaining effective professional working relationships with staff and customers
  • Strong computer and accurate data entry skills
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to work overtime as needed
  • 2 years of transportation/delivery in the construction materials industry preferred

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to a post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) registration/clearance as well as ongoing alcohol and drug testing.
