Job Description:Summary:
The Technical Inside Sales Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for inquiries, issues, and sales opportunities. This role focuses on driving revenue growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, expanding product usage within existing accounts, and proactively addressing customer needs. They analyze account trends, monitor market activity, and adjust sales strategies to maximize margin. Additionally, they collaborate with internal teams, including outside sales, operations, and business development—to ensure seamless customer experiences and long-term account success.
