ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Generates proposals for code compliance and state work.
- Coordinates work with branch service superintendent, repair manager, and service technician.
- Communicates with customers and colleagues to ensure smooth project management.
- Processes all preliminary orders and records progress of work.
- Sends letters of compliance upon completion and files accordingly.
- Researches and responds to all inquiries regarding permits, preliminary orders and testing. Pulls permits and schedules vendors.
- Follows up with customer prior to billing.
- Performs other duties as may be assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- System Database knowledge preferred.

Salary range: $27.00- $35.00 per hour with an annual bonus program of 0% - 8%.
