You have proven skills in providing excellent and effective customer service assisting both external and internal customers with product inquiries, cost estimates, and sales. Your passion is selling and you have general knowledge of welding products and hardgoods. Skills and experience requirements: 2 years of insides sales and customer service, or welding experience Immediately and politely greets and assists walk-in visitors and customers, and promptly answers phones in a professional and courteous manner Proven customer service experience provided through thoughtful and respectful interaction with customers regarding services, products, and invoices Efficiently processes customer sales transactions while building trust and long-term relationships with customers to ensure future sales growth and company profitability Supports Sales staff/management by providing timely and correct customer information, follow up scheduling, and fill-in branch coverage Safely maneuvers and loads cylinders or other products on trailers and customer transportation Fill cylinders and safely operate liquid filling production equipment Committed to high performance through outstanding attendance and overall dependable work habits, Adheres to all company policies and guidelines as well as safety procedures Basic computer skills including internet searching, data entry, and ability to learn new programs Demonstrate basic mathematical aptitude and function Ability to lift 75lbs. High school education or equivalent - Bachelor’s degree is a plus Spanish bilingual is preferred Excellent driving record; Class A or B CDL preferred or ability to obtain If selected, ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
