We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Contract Customer Service Rep to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer invoicing, shipping, and quality assurance, along with advanced Excel skills. This role is a fantastic opportunity to utilize your expertise in a fast-paced, innovative environment where your contributions will have a direct impact on the success of our business.

Responsibilities:
As a Contract Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks that are integral to our day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include:

1. Processing and managing customer orders from initial contact through to invoicing and shipping.
2. Utilizing Advanced Microsoft Excel to create and manage complex spreadsheets, including the use of pivot tables.
3. Ensuring all products meet our stringent quality standards before shipment.
4. Generating and managing ASN (Advanced Shipping Notice) to provide customers with detailed information about incoming shipments.
5. Using Syteline ERP system to streamline and automate various business processes.
6. Collaborating with various departments to resolve any customer issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
7. Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions.
8. Continually seeking ways to improve our processes and customer service delivery.

Qualifications:
We are looking for a candidate who is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and has a strong customer service focus. The following qualifications are required for this role:

1. Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
2. Proven experience with customer invoicing, shipping, and quality assurance.
3. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and complex spreadsheets.
4. Experience with ASN and Syteline ERP system.
5. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
8. Proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to continually improve processes.
