About the Role:

FASTSIGNS #440101 in Guaynabo, PR is looking for a driven and personable B2B Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this role, youll be the face of our brand , building lasting relationships with business clients and helping them find the perfect visual communication solutions. Responsibilities:

• Prospect and develop new B2B client relationships through outbound sales calls, emails, and in-person visits
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to order fulfillment and follow-up
• Consult with business clients to understand their signage and visual communication needs
• Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and product recommendations
• Coordinate with production team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders
• Maintain and grow existing accounts through exceptional customer service and proactive outreach
• Track leads, sales activity, and client interactions using CRM tools

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both Spanish and English
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
• Proficiency with Google Workspace
• Experience in signage, print, or visual communications is a plus
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation preferred

Compensación: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
