Key Responsibilities for the Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative

• Assist customers by phone, email, and in person with product inquiries, orders, and service needs
• Identify opportunities to recommend products and generate additional sales
• Maintain accurate customer records, order information, and project documentation
• Coordinate deliveries and support order fulfillment activities
• Participate in inventory management, cycle counts, and warehouse operations
• Help maintain an organized showroom, warehouse, and work area
