Inside Sales Customer Service Representative – Halo Overhead Doors


Houston, TX  |  Full-time  |  Monday–Friday


We’re looking for a friendly,  outgoing customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Houston’s largest overhead door showroom. In this role you’ll work from our office and showroom, helping homeowners, builders, and general contractors choose the right products and compile bids,

What You’ll Do

•  Greet and assist customers in our showroom


•  Handle incoming phone and email inquiries, provide product recommendations, and compile accurate bids


•  Build strong relationships with homeowners, builders, general contractors, and other trade partners


•  Guide customers through product options, pricing, and bid details


•  Follow up consistently on quotes and opportunities—because follow-up is what closes deals


•  Coordinate with our operations and installation teams to ensure smooth project fulfillment


•  Maintain accurate records of quotes, bids, and customer interactions

What We’re Looking For

•  Must have prior experience in an inside sales role


•  Outgoing go-getter with a proactive, driven mindset


•  Understands that consistent, professional follow-up is the key to winning business


•  Comfortable and professional when dealing with all levels of customers (homeowners, builders, general contractors, etc.)


•  Articulate communicator with strong verbal and written skills


•  Ability to write clear, professional emails and correspondence


•  Strong interpersonal skills and a polished, customer-focused presence


•  Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using basic computer systems for quoting and bidding


•  Reliable and professional in a retail/showroom environment
