Responsibilities
Accurately process customer quotes, orders, and inquiries
Communicate professionally via email, with occasional phone interaction
Follow established procedures and internal workflows

Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
2–3 years of experience in customer service or inside sales
Previous office experience required
