The Inside Sales Customer Service Representative is detail oriented and works diligently and expeditiously to match customer needs with the best solutions. You build trusting and long -term relationships with customers to ensure future sales growth and company profitability. Skills and experience requirements • 2yrs of insides sales customer service or welding experience • Attitude and ability to provide excellent customer service • Basic computer ease comfort and fluency or the ability to quickly gain necessary skills • Demonstrate basic mathematical aptitude and function • Ability to lift 50lbs. • High school education or equivalent • Experience in welding compressed gases medical or specialty gases or industrial or safety related products are a plus • Regular and predictable attendance is an essential job duty of all positions at Roberts Oxygen.
