Our Customer Service Representatives (Inside Sales) professionally represent the Company to our customers with the knowledge and skills to provide them the product or service they need. Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Working with engineering and production, develop cost estimates and sales proposals for new business projects.

Research, develop and execute pricing strategy.

Monitor key market indices and implement appropriate price adjustments in response to trends.

Interact directly with an assigned list of customers to provide status updates and fulfill service needs.

Enter customer orders, providing relevant information to internal and external parties.

Oversee and ensure successful fulfillment of orders, working closely with finance, production and logistics teams.

Actively retrieve purchase orders and forecast information from customer portals.

Monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and communicate changes or delays to the customer.

Identify business opportunities with both new and existing customers; develop and execute sales plans to obtain business and achieve revenue objectives.

Occasional travel to key customer sites.

 

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field

2-5 years’ experience in OEM sales of custom-engineered products

Strong communication and interpersonal skills; excellent written, verbal and presentation skills

Familiarity with MS Office suite, ERP and CRM tools

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Excellent customer service skills
