Position: Full-time Inside Sales Engineer
Schedule: A four-month 9/80 work schedule (a two-workweek schedule consisting of eight 9-hour days, one 8-hour day, and one scheduled day off). Then the schedule transitions to a standard Monday through Friday workweek, with timing adjusted based on business needs.

The Inside Sales Engineer serves as the initial technical resource for customers, sales channel partners, and the outside sales team. The Inside Sales Engineer is responsible for actively driving and managing the "Sizing & Quoting" stage of the sales process, and this role operates as a bridge between Customers and Admix's Engineering, Operations, and Finance teams. The focus of the role is identifying and providing reliable solutions for all applications issues, preparing accurate quotes, and effectively communicating requirements with customers and internal departments. The Inside Sales Engineer position reports to the Inside Sales Manager.
Inside Sales EngineerSpecial Requirements
This position is primarily 'inside sales', and as such will not have significant yearly travel associated with it. However, there is a possibility that this position may be asked to attend a trade show or accompany a Regional Sales Manager on sales calls or equipment start-ups to build a greater appreciation for our customer base and the applications surrounding our equipment.
Due to the detail and breadth of our product offering, the training period is expected to be at least 4 - 6 weeks. It is extremely critical that the Inside Sales Engineer has a very thorough understanding of the technical aspect of the equipment and can articulate where and how to apply it. It is also important that the manufacturing processes that surround the equipment are understood.
