- $65k base + uncapped commission

Our client is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join their growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for prospecting new clients, managing relationships, and guiding customers through the sales process. You’ll work toward sales targets while providing excellent customer service and building long-term client partnerships.
Responsibilities- Research and build a pipeline of potential clients using internal tools and external sources
- Drive new business through proactive outreach via calls, emails, and meetings (virtual and in-person)
- Develop strong partnerships with operators to provide the best solutions for customers
- Nurture client relationships to encourage repeat business
- Work toward sales targets and financial goals
- Oversee the full booking process from initial inquiry to completion
- Respond to urgent charter requests as needed
- Prepare and present tailored quotes with sound commercial judgment
Qualifications- Bachelors degree
