Inside Sales Representative

Guardian Tax | Irvine, CA | Full-Time | On-Site

Guardian Tax is growing our Irvine sales team and looking for driven, confident Inside Sales Representatives who are ready to take their sales career to the next level.

In this role, you'll speak with individuals who have already requested help with IRS and tax debt concerns. These are warm, inbound leads — no cold calling. Your job is to learn about each client's situation, present the right solutions, overcome objections, and close the sale by helping clients take the next step toward resolving their tax concerns.

• Handle inbound calls from individuals seeking tax relief solutions
• Build rapport and establish trust with potential clients
• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Present solutions clearly and confidently
• Address questions and overcome objections throughout the sales process
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals

• Inside or phone-based sales
• High-volume call centers
• Commission or quota-driven sales

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of phone sales experience
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Confident objection-handling and closing abilities
• Competitive, ambitious, and goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment

Schedule & Location

Location: Irvine, CAPosition: Full-Time, On-Site

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• One half-day Saturday shift per month
