Inside Sales Representative

Guardian Tax | Irvine, CA | Full-Time | On-Site

Guardian Tax is seeking motivated Inside Sales Representatives to join our Irvine sales team. We're looking for confident sales professionals who enjoy building relationships, handling objections, and helping individuals find solutions for their tax concerns.

You'll work with individuals who have already reached out for assistance with IRS and tax debt challenges. No cold calling is required — your focus will be on understanding each person's situation, presenting solutions, and guiding them through the sales process.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of phone sales experience required
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Ability to handle objections and confidently close sales
• Competitive, motivated, and results-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working in a high-volume sales environment

Schedule & Location

On-Site Position | Irvine, CA

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• One half-day Saturday shift per month
