We are seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Representative – Lead Generation to support our business by identifying, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities. This role is responsible for engaging prospective customers across key industries (refining and petrochemical), generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales pipeline for our sales team.

The ideal candidate combines strong prospecting skills with the ability to understand technical products and engage industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting
  • Identify and target potential customers within refining and petrochemical industries
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and digital channels
  • Research accounts, market segments, and key decision-makers (procurement, engineering, operations)
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads


 

    Required Qualifications
    • 10+ years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or business development (B2B)
    • Industrial business-to-business sales experience selling into industrial, chemical, refining, or petrochemical markets
    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
    • Ability to quickly learn technical products and processes
