They are responsible for introducing clients to the company's products, informing them about new market launches, and highlighting the benefits of the products. The representative may obtain client contact details through referrals or company records and is expected to build and maintain strong relationships with them. In addition to managing existing accounts, they actively seek new business opportunities by establishing relationships with potential clients. A successful Account Sales Representative should possess strong technical and analytical skills to assess various business scenarios and stay informed about developments in their industry. They must be self-motivated and efficient, inspiring both themselves and their team to meet and exceed targets within deadlines.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Service, maintain, and grow customer sales accounts.
  • Foster and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers.
  • Keep management informed by providing timely updates on daily developments and records.
  • Monitor competitors by gathering accurate and up-to-date market insights.
  • Recommend improvements in products, services, and company policies based on customer feedback and market trends.
  • Resolve customer issues by investigating problems and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Record and track customer feedback on products.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to ensure efficiency and maintain a positive work environment.
