What You'll Do:
Build Customer Relationships:
Develop relationships with new and existing customers and become a trusted resource for their building material needs.
Generating New Business:
Identify and pursue new opportunities through phone calls, referrals, networking, showroom visits, follow-ups, and other business development activities.
Manage the Sales Process:
Work with customers from the initial conversation through quoting, negotiating, closing, and follow-up.
Provide Exceptional Customer Service:
Respond quickly to customer questions, solve problems, and make sure every customer receives outstanding service.
Support the Showroom:
Help create a professional and welcoming showroom experience for customers and prospects.
We're looking for someone who is:
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Confident and comfortable talking with people.
Organized and able to manage multiple opportunities.
Comfortable making phone calls and developing new business.
A strong communicator and active listener.
Professional, dependable, and hardworking.
Comfortable working with numbers and percentages.
Preferred Skills:
Previous sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or business development experience.
Bachelor's degree or recent college graduate.
Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Ability to learn NetSuite and other business systems.
