Inside Sales Manager – Tool & Mold Steel Distribution

We supply exclusive high-performance products like DCMX®, DC53®, NAK®, Toolox® and Superplast® to mold and die makers and manufacturers across North America. We're seeking a driven and experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead our sales team and support our continued growth. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Lead and manage the inside sales team; manage daily operations and team development 

  • Provide timely, accurate quotes based on customer needs 

  • Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts  

  • Work cross-functionally to ensure timely deliveries and excellent service 

  • Collaborate with outside sales reps on customer strategy and order follow-ups 

  • Use ERP and CRM systems to manage pricing, inventory, and customer data 

  • Monitor market trends and support strategic pricing decisions 

  • Resolve issues efficiently to ensure a positive customer experience 

What We’re Looking For 

  • 2+ years of experience leading or managing a sales team 

  • Proficient with ERP and CRM systems  

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills 

  • Positive, team-oriented demeanor 

  • Knowledge of tool and mold steels, metal distribution, industrial supply, machining practices, and/or manufacturing a plus
