Fox Haven Roofing is looking for an experienced, results-driven Inside Sales Manager to lead our growing call center team. This leadership role is responsible for managing inside sales representatives, driving appointment-setting performance, coaching team members, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate is an energetic leader with a proven track record of building successful sales teams and achieving measurable results.
What You’ll Do
Recruit, train, coach, and develop a team of inside sales representatives and appointment setters.
Manage daily call center operations, including scheduling, productivity, and performance monitoring.
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs), including call volume, contact rates, appointments set, conversion rates, and revenue.
Conduct regular coaching sessions, call reviews, and performance evaluations to improve individual and team results.
Develop strategies to increase lead conversion and maximize appointment quality.
Work closely with the outside sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Monitor CRM activity to ensure accurate lead management, reporting, and follow-up.
Create a positive, competitive, and motivating team culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
Analyze reports and trends to identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies, customer service standards, and applicable regulations.
