POSITION SUMMARY



Our client is expanding their Employee-Owned Injection Molding operations and is looking for interested individuals to fill an Inside Sales Representative position. The Inside Sales Representative will be tasked with finding and working closely with new clients to understand their needs and provide solutions based on our products and services. Must have Manufacturing experience.


Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities:




+ Acquisition of new leads through current personal/professional network, online sales strategies and cold calling.

+ Directly communicate with prospects to understand their needs and look for sales opportunities.

+ Injection Molding Experience is a must

+ Populate and present quotes to prospective customers, negotiate and close sales.

+ Assist the team in meeting the weekly, monthly, and yearly quotas set by client.

+ Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.

+ Become a subject matter expert to effectively explain and demonstrate unique selling features of products and services.

+ Manufacturing experience


EDUCATION/WORK EXPERIENCE




+ At least Three years’ experience working in Sales.

+ Preferred to have experience in manufacturing field.

+ Proven experience in a sales role.

+ Strong Organizational and time-management skills.
