Inside Sales Representative – HVAC Products

Location: Marietta, GA (WR Bristow Office)
Job Type: Full-Time

Overview

WR Bristow is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to support our HVAC product lines, including Sterling unit heaters, RPH (roof penetration housings), Zonefirst, and Zonex products. This role is ideal for someone with 1–3+ years of experience in sales, HVAC, construction, or a related field who is looking to grow in a technical sales environment.

This is primarily an inside sales position; however, we are a team-oriented company where everyone pitches in when needed. There may be times when you will assist in the warehouse by pulling orders, unloading trucks, organizing inventory, or helping maintain a clean and organized office and warehouse environment during slower periods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to and manage Requests for Quotes (RFQs)

  • Review construction plans and specifications to determine project requirements

  • Communicate with distributors, engineers, and contractors to provide product solutions

  • Prepare accurate pricing, submittals, and follow-ups

  • Provide customer service support, including order status updates and product inquiries

  • Assist with warehouse responsibilities as needed, including pulling orders, unloading deliveries, and maintaining organization and cleanliness

Qualifications

  • 1–3+ years of experience in inside sales, HVAC, construction, or a related field

  • Ability to read construction plans or willingness to learn

  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with CRM/ERP systems is a plus

  • Team-player mentality with a willingness to help where needed

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $55,000 – $65,000 (based on experience)
