A well-established, family-owned manufacturing company is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join its team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers and has a mechanical aptitude.
Responsibilities
Answer customer calls and assist with product selection, orders, and troubleshooting.
Provide customer support by phone, email, and in person.
Assist customers with equipment, parts, and technical questions.
Demonstrate and operate equipment for customers.
Test equipment for quality and proper operation.
Enter quotes, orders, and customer information accurately.
Use manuals and parts diagrams to identify parts.
Communicate customer needs and order details to internal teams.
Assist with packing and shipping parts as needed.
Qualifications
2+ years of customer service, inside sales, or similar experience preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn technical equipment.
Basic computer skills, including email and data entry.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a team.
Experience with outdoor, industrial, or mechanical equipment is a plus.
Microsoft Word and Excel experience is preferred.
