  • Position: Inside Service Advocate (Inside Service) 
  • Schedule/Type: Full-time
  • Primary responsibilities
    • Serve as the main contact for existing customer accounts (focus on commercial/industrial)
    • Prepare quotes and manage orders for parts and pump services
    • Coordinate job scheduling, parts/pump receipt, and internal workflow with operations/foremen
    • Track and review weekly job progress and ensure needed equipment is ready
    • Pass qualified leads to outside sales
    • Create job packages and support billing after completion
    • Assist with marketing/admin tasks (as assigned)
    • Use QuickBooks and scheduling tools (or similar)

  • Compensation
    • $30/hour, circa $60-75k, + bonus incentives
