Position: Inside Service Advocate (Inside Service)
Schedule/Type: Full-time
Primary responsibilities
Serve as the main contact for existing customer accounts (focus on commercial/industrial)
Prepare quotes and manage orders for parts and pump services
Coordinate job scheduling, parts/pump receipt, and internal workflow with operations/foremen
Track and review weekly job progress and ensure needed equipment is ready
Pass qualified leads to outside sales
Create job packages and support billing after completion
Assist with marketing/admin tasks (as assigned)
Use QuickBooks and scheduling tools (or similar)
Compensation
$30/hour, circa $60-75k, + bonus incentives
