Inside Sales / Onboarding Team

Job Overview:

Pay Range $15hr - $20hr

Requirement/Must Have:

• 2+ years project experience.
• Retail systems experience preferred.
• High School Diploma.

Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry into SAP IS Retail, Client PLM, JDA, JB, etc.
• Prioritize workload based on requested due date and type of projects.
• Support team members and new initiatives as needed.
• Communicate effectively verbally and in written form.
• Effectively listen to others.
• Communicate with CSC departments and reporting and analysis partner consultants.
• Perform data entry functions as requested through the request system.
• Execute and validate Data Testing, including other system interfaces.
• Identify and document business rules and requirements under the supervision of the Manager.
• Document possible solutions to any open issues during project development and testing phases.
• Prepare written communications such as notes and support notes for new features or system changes.
