Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers to identify their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
• Coordinate with the sales team to streamline processes and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
• Document and track customer interactions and sales activities in the company database.
• Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert leads into sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to effectively position the company's offerings.

Requirements:

• High School diploma required.
• Proven experience in sales or customer service roles preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Results-driven with a proactive approach to achieving sales goals.

Work Hours:

• Monday - Friday, during standard business hours.

Additional Details:

• Max Pay: $30 per hour
• Min Pay: $26 per hour

Seeking a motivated Inside Sales professional with experience in customer relationship management, account support, lead generation, and solution-based selling within a manufacturing, building products, HVAC, fireplace, ventilation, construction products, or wholesale distribution environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office, and a proven ability to manage customer inquiries, generate sales opportunities, and support business growth. Strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused approach are essential. Experience working with contractors, distributors, builders, dealers, or industrial customers is highly preferred.
