The Role:

STEGO is seeking an Inside Sales Operations professional to join the team onsite in Kennesaw, Georgia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support 5-6 sales managers with quotes, order processing, and customer follow-ups.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and send price quotations, lead time estimates, and product information. 
  • Regular collaboration with sales and marketing to develop cold-calling/emailing list for prospecting and lead generation
  • Proactively reach out to potential customers who have not previously expressed interest in our products or services.
  • Nurture relationships with prospects who have shown interest in our offerings.
  • Track and manage sales activities and opportunities in our CRM system in collaboration with regional sales managers
  • Enter and track orders in the ERP.
  • Maintain organized records of customer interactions and documentation.
  • Help troubleshoot basic product or order issues, escalating if needed. 
  • Build positive relationships with customers and internal teams. 

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales or customer service (preferably in a technical or B2B environment).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable supporting multiple team members and managing shifting priorities.
  • High attention to detail and ability to stay organized.
  • Experience with ERP or CRM systems such as NetSuite, Salesforce or similar.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and customer-focused.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
