What Youll Do- Make 100150 outbound calls daily to patients beginning treatment
- Educate patients on how to use their prescribed rehab device
- Answer questions and provide clear, confident guidance
- Assist with basic billing and insurance-related questions
- Deliver a positive, empathetic patient experience throughout the process
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly performance metrics
- Accurately document all interactions in CRM/ERP systems
What Were Looking For- Previous telesales, inside sales, or call center experience required
- Strong communication, persuasion, and call-control skills
- Comfortable working in a metrics-driven, high-volume environment
- Proficiency with MS Outlook, MS Teams, and general computer navigation
- Quick learner with experience using CRM/ERP systems
- Positive, energetic, and patient-focused mindset
- Ability to work onsite in Clearwater, FL
