We're looking for upbeat, charismatic communicators who can turn a simple phone call into an enthusiastic conversation about having beautiful portraits created at our studio.

We would love sales experience, but what matters most is your natural ability to build excitement, connect with people quickly, and confidently guide them toward saying "yes." If you love hyping people up, making them feel good, and closing sales with positive energy, you'll fit right in and do very well here.

Position Overview

Seeking an energetic Sales Specialist to join our team. With over 15 years in the industry, we're dedicated to family values, providing exceptional service with every client.

Responsibilities

We're seeking upbeat, sales-driven individuals confident in setting appointments and excelling in building rapport over the phone. This role involves making outbound calls to warm leads only - no cold calling. You will work with an amazing in-house team and receive daily and weekly training. You are not on your own! We have a proven track record to help you meet and exceed your goals. 

 Earning Potential

• Base Pay:$21/hour ($43,680/year)
• Total Earning Potential:$68,880-$93,000+/year
• Weekly and Monthly Incentives
• Top performers can earn $2,100+ per month in Incentives
• Medium performers earn $800+/month in Incentives
• No cap!

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday-Friday
• Hours: 9:00 AM-5:30 PM (40 hours/week)
