Inside Sales - Portrait Designer

Ideal Candidates will have a background in B2C sales and experience selling from a script-based flow. This is not a position that requires chasing clients or following up on them. The ability to truly listen to a client while building rapport quickly is what will define your success.

Vita Brevis Fine Art has specialized in creating heirloom-quality photography portraiture for over 15 years. The studio is seeking a target-driven sales consultant to join our energetic team at our Colorado Springs studio. We are a close-knit family oriented group that support one another while striving toward a common goal of serving clients by offering an amazing experience from start to finish. People love working in this family-owned and operated studio and are excited to be part of a high-performing team.

Full-Time Schedule: Variable shifts, including weekends.

        Sunday - Tuesday: 8:45 AM - 7:00 PM

(Wednesday Training: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM)

          Thursday - Saturday: 8:45 AM - 7:00 PM

Unleash Your Income!

Base Salary $18.00 an hour + Uncapped Commission along with enticing weekly, monthly, and quarterly incentives.

Annual Earnings Expectation: $80,000 to $120,000 PLUS! Your potential is limitless with no cap on earnings!

What to expect as a sales consultant:

• Appointments are set for you - no phone time or chasing leads
• Present photography images, size, and finish options to our clients from the photo session that they just experienced
• Appointments last 45 minutes to an hour - back-to-back clients up to 8 a day
• Consultative selling environment - soft sales, no pressure
• This is a closing sales position only: 100% close rate, no follow-ups
• Weekly training meetings
• A culture of accountability where your voice is heard

The most successful Portrait Designers have the following:

• Proven experience in a sales environment
• Ability to sell from a scripted flow while maintaining authenticity
• Charisma to build rapport quickly
• Motivated, Confident, Punctual, and Dependable
• Professional appearance that represents a luxury brand
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Location

• Work in our Colorado Springs studio.- NOT REMOTE!
