From design to fabrication, we provide customized solutions for residential and commercial projects.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

This isn't a position where you're simply handed a list of leads and told to make calls.


You'll become an important part of the customer's experience from first conversation through project completion.


SELL & BUILD RELATIONSHIPS

• Handle incoming calls and sales leads
  
  
• Make outbound calls and develop new business
  
  
• Build relationships with contractors, builders, architects, designers, homeowners, and industry professionals
  
  
• Follow up with leads and turn opportunities into sales
  
  
• Become a knowledgeable resource for our products
  
  

MANAGE THE PROJECT

• Manage customer orders from initial contact through delivery
  
  
• Coordinate with production, engineering, and logistics
  
  
• Track project timelines and keep customers informed
  
  
• Help solve problems when they arise
  
  
• Maintain accurate CRM records and customer information
  
  

BE THE CUSTOMER'S GO-TO PERSON


Our customers aren't buying something sitting on a shelf.


They're buying custom products, and that means communication matters.


You'll help customers understand their options, answer questions, coordinate details, and make sure they know what's happening with their project.

You'll represent Vetrina and help us build relationships throughout the window, door, construction, and architectural industries.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone confident, organized, motivated, personable, and not afraid to pick up the phone.


You should have:

• 3+ years of direct sales and/or cold-calling experience
  
  
• Strong communication and organizational skills
  
  
• Excellent follow-up skills
  
  
• The ability to manage multiple projects at once
  
  
• A customer-first mindset
  
  
• Strong attention to detail
  
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  
  
• Experience working with CRM systems
  
  
• AutoCAD knowledge is a plus
  
  
• Experience in aluminum windows, doors, PVC windows/doors, construction, building materials, or a related industry is highly preferred
