Inside Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers within an assigned territory
Generate new business through outbound calls, email outreach, and follow-up on inbound leads
Convert quotes into sales orders while identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities
Promote company products, services, and programs to existing and prospective customers
Track sales activity, pipeline progress, and key performance metrics
Collaborate with field sales representatives and internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
Stay informed on market trends, customer needs, and industry developments
Provide exceptional customer service and timely follow-up
Contribute ideas for process improvements and increased team efficiency
Support a positive, professional, and safety-focused work environment
Assist with additional projects and responsibilities as needed
Qualifications
Required Skills
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Comfortable discussing pricing, customer needs, and sales opportunities
Ability to analyze sales data and identify growth opportunities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms
Previous inside sales, customer service, or account management experience
Industry-related sales experience is a plus
Education
High School Diploma or GED required
Additional education in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is a plus

Pay Details: $23.00 per hour
