Overview:

Summary/objective

The Inside Sales Representative for Repair OnDemand is responsible for full cycle sales including prospecting, cold calling, and identifying and developing opportunities. This position will support both Mobile Tech RX and ReconPro products from Repair OnDemand.

  • Outbound sales focused on targeting the automotive aftermarket industry and repairers.
  • Manage and sort through free trial leads to determine the best outreach strategy.
  • Responsible for full cycle sales including - prospecting, cold calling, and identifying and developing opportunities.
  • Develop relationships with target customers, learn their potential business needs, and determine the services or products that the customer is most likely to purchase
  • Meet and exceed call volume standards along with other key performance indicators
  • Document and report all activities in the customer relationship management system
  • Use professional sales processes and concepts to manage sales pipeline and solve a variety of objections

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training that provides the required knowledge and skills
  • Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outloook)
  • Demonstrated proficiency in verbal and written communication, listening, and negotiation skills

  • Results, customer and achievement-driven, with the ability to affect positive results through action
  • Proven ability to rebound quickly after rejection
  • Must be able to exercise judgment within defined procedures to determine appropriate action
  • Must learn and apply company policy’s success while actively applying our company's core philosophies and principles
  • Must be familiar and comfortable with video conferencing platforms such as Google Meetings, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom

Supervisory responsibilities

This role has no supervisory responsibilities.

 

Work environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers.

 

Physical demands

This job operates primarily in a professional office environment with frequent visits to various automotive dealership environments that may be cold, hot, noisy, and wet and may have fumes or odors due to vehicle maintenance. This position is responsible for driving their own personal vehicle to various locations with their assigned geographic area. Physical requirements also include occasional lifting/carrying of 5 pounds; visual acuity, speech and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment. Subject to sitting, standing, reaching, walking, twisting, and kneeling to perform the essential functions. Required to have visual acuity to operate motor vehicles.

 

Travel required

This position may require up to 10% travel. May include air or vehicle travel outside the local area and overnight.
