Inside Sales Rep

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join their client's team in Carlsbad, California. This role is ideal for someone who is driven by achieving sales goals and has a passion for building strong customer relationships. The Inside Sales Representative will play a crucial role in expanding the company's customer base and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Communicating with potential customers through phone and email to understand their needs and offer suitable products or services.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to ensure continued satisfaction and repeat business.
• Identifying new sales opportunities and converting leads into sales.
• Collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.
• Providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Requirements:

• At least two years of proven experience in a sales or Customer Service role at a mechanical contractor
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Work Hours:

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay:

$35 - $45 per hour
