Inside Sales Rep - Estimator

SALARY: $25 per hour

LOCATION: Spokane, WA

SCHEDULE: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM, Temp to Hire

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Prepare accurate estimates and quotations by reviewing project specifications and customer requirements.
• Process customer orders, respond to phone and email inquiries, and provide exceptional day-to-day support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, contractors, engineers, and end users.
• Generate leads, support account management efforts, and identify product solutions, including cross-referencing competitive products.
• Assist with warehouse operations, including picking, shipping, receiving, inventory management, and operating a forklift as needed.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 2–4 years of experience in inside sales, estimating, quotation support, or a related role. 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software, with the ability to interpret project specifications and prepare accurate quotes.
• Experience in wholesale distribution or a related industry is preferred

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to sit and stand throughout the workday, work at a computer, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. Must be able to safely perform light warehouse duties as needed.
