Summary

Provide customer service, sales correspondence, Provide effective telephone & written communication with customers, suppliers, brokers, freight forwarders. Under supervision, work that is varied and may be somewhat difficult in nature but involves limited responsibility for final decisions.

What You'll Do

• Monitor the status of purchase orders (POs) from creation to delivery. 
• Verify with the suppliers that PO details (quantities, specifications, delivery dates) are accurate. 
• Manage and maintain records of POs, including tracking numbers, delivery dates, and supplier information. 
• Acquires new clients through sales, promotions, and development.
• Address any questions or issues raised by suppliers regarding POs.  
• Develops sales contacts and performs limited sales functions.
• Negotiate with suppliers to expedite orders or resolve problems. 
• Originality or ingenuity is required.
• Knows and applies fundamental concepts and procedures.
• Other duties.
