Our client is a manufacturing company seeking a driven Inside Sales Representative to join their team in Henderson, NC. This is a full-time, in-person role focused on growing revenue through strategic account management and consultative selling. The right candidate will bring a proven sales track record and thrive in a performance-driven environment with uncapped commission earning potential.

Job Responsibilities -

- Develop and execute account growth strategies to expand revenue within an assigned territory.

- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and outreach.

- Build and maintain strong working relationships with distributors, contractors, and industry partners.

- Conduct consultative sales conversations to match customer needs with the right product solutions.

- Deliver virtual and on-site product presentations and training to support customer success.

- Maintain accurate pipeline records, activity logs, and account documentation within Salesforce CRM.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, production, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.


Job Requirements -

- 2+ years of B2B sales and cold calling experience required.

- 4+ years of account management and data entry experience.

- 1+ year of Salesforce CRM experience.

- Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

- Strong negotiation, closing, and verbal and written communication skills.

- Experience in flooring, trim, millwork, or building materials preferred.

- Background working in a B2B manufacturing or wholesale distribution environment preferred.
