Responsibilities
Position responsibilities:
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for all reactive inside sales customer service tasks and reporting, communicating through calls, email, and chat support instances
This position provides coaching and feedback to insides sales and ecommerce representatives on call center initiatives, such as route planning and holiday handling
You will establish relationships with our outside sales and cross functional teams across all market units as well as build promotional and operation alerts in salesforce
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
Must be at least 21 years old
High School Diploma or General Education Degree and 0 to 1 plus years of related experience or 1 to 2 plus years of general experience
