Inside Sales Rep

We are looking for a motivated and driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be the engine of our growth, balancing the management of existing accounts with a proactive hunger for new business. Operating out of our branch from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, you will leverage your technical aptitude and sales prowess.

Responsibilities Include

• Account Development: Generate new business through proactive outcalls, prospecting, networking, and referrals.
• Customer Retention: Provide top-tier support to existing accounts and secure new orders to grow market share.
• Lead Management: Diligently follow up on leads from various sources to expand the customer base.
• Outreach: Conduct consistent, proactive outgoing "customer touch" sales calls.
• Industry Expertise: Maintain and enhance deep knowledge of products, applications, and technical trends within the performance plastics industry.
• Collaboration: Contribute to the overall success and effort of the local branch team.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: At least 2 years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills paired with an outgoing personality.
• Technical Aptitude: Strong math skills are required; mechanical aptitude is a significant PLUS.
• Soft Skills: Outstanding customer focus, a positive attitude, and a team-player mentality.
• Tools: PC literate with proficiency in CRM software.
