TechSeven Partners is seeking a disciplined and high-energy Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our technical sales division. This role is foundational to our business development strategy, focusing on identifying new opportunities and securing engagements with key decision-makers. The successful candidate will demonstrate resilience, professional confidence, and a commitment to continuous professional development within a collaborative team environment.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Execute high-volume outbound cold calling (6-7 hours daily) to drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for Account Executives and Sales Managers.
  • Executive Engagement: Successfully navigate gatekeeper interactions to establish direct communication with executives and key stakeholders.
  • CRM Management: Maintain rigorous documentation of all sales activities, opportunities, and account intelligence within the company CRM.
  • Performance Targets: Consistently achieve monthly quotas for qualified opportunities and contribute to the overall growth of the sales pipeline.
  • Professional Development: Participate in daily training sessions and regular coaching with Team Leads to refine sales techniques and technical knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in a sales or high-volume outreach environment.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex value propositions clearly.
  • Operational Skills: Proven ability to multi-task, organize tasks effectively, and prioritize workflows in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attributes: High level of professional energy, self-motivation, and the ability to maintain a consistent "A-game" performance standard.
