Inside Sales Rep - Warm Leads | Photography Client Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Engage potential clients through inbound and outbound calls, focusing exclusively on warm leads no cold calling.
• Leverage your communication skills to secure bookings and achieve specific targets within our studio schedule.
• Contribute to client satisfaction by fostering long-lasting relationships.
• We seek upbeat individuals who are confident in setting appointments and excel at building connections over the phone.
• You'll work with a supportive in-house team, receiving daily and weekly training to help you meet and exceed your goals

Full-Time Schedule:

• Monday to Friday 9 am - 5:30 pm
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week
• In-Office Position (Colorado Springs)

Compensation:

     Base $21/hour ($43,680/year)

Incentive Opportunities:

• Total Earning Potential: $68,880-$93,000+/year
•  Top Performers: Earn $2,100+ per month in incentives!
•  Medium Performers: Earn $800+ per month in incentives.
