Our client, a leading organization in the food service industry, is seeking an Inside Sales Rep to join their team. As an Inside Sales Rep, you will be part of the Sales Support Department supporting the Field Sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Inside Sales Rep
Location: Woodridge, IL
Pay Rate: $18 per hour
Shift: 1st
What's the Job?
- Provide administrative support to the sales force, including preparing quotes and completing order research.
- Coordinate logistics for new customer roll-outs, openings, and product launches with internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate order statuses, sales, returns, and credit issues to sales representatives and customers.
- Maintain and update databases to ensure accurate and timely data for all users.
- Assist in coordinating and communicating major sales activities such as pre-packs and installations from inception to completion.
What's Needed?
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of administrative support experience with a focus on customer service.
- Working knowledge of SAP, with intermediate proficiency in Word and Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
