Inside Sales Representative - AI Startup

Location: Los Angeles (Hybrid) Compensation: $75,000-$90,000 base + uncapped bonus potential | Full-Time About the Role Are you ready to break into tech, build your presence, and unlock a new level of income? As a Strategic Growth Associate, you'll be on the front lines of our go-to-market team,representing COVU in conversations with agency founders, operators, and strategic partners. This role is designed for someone with charisma, professionalism, and hustle who wants to grow into a high-earning sales or partnerships leader. You'll receive hands-on coaching, tech startup exposure, and a career path into full-cycle sales, business development, or strategic partnerships. This is not your average entry-level role. What You'll Do

Represent COVU in first-touch conversations with partners and founders Lead personalized outreach via calls, email, social media, and live events Join discovery calls and help shape the narrative of our AI-powered platform Use modern sales tools (HubSpot, Apollo, etc.) to track, learn, and optimize Become a key presence in LA's startup and insurance ecosystems Collaborate with a high-performance team focused on long-term strategic growth

What We're Looking For
