Position: Inside Sales Representative

The Company: NAPCO Security Technologies, Inc., headquarters in Amityville, Long Island NY, is a world-wide leader in the manufacturing of electronic security systems for over 50 years is seeking an Inside Sales Representative. This position reports to the Director of Sales Operations.
Responsibilities:
Perform a wide variety of duties including order processing, credit adjustments, field service, national accounts program, and sales assistance.
Managing order processing for customers using proprietary order-entry systems.
Work with customers, sales reps and sales management over the phone and email.
Work with our technical support and collection personnel to expedite orders and resolve customer problems.
Requirements:
Experience in the security or manufacturing industry is preferred.
Microsoft Office including; Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred.
Great follow up skills.
Self-starter.
