Job Description
Nucor Steel West Virginia LLC is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Apple Grove, WV to act as a key liaison across sales, production, shipping, finance, and IT teams at a brand new, state-of-the-art sheet steel mill facility. Candidate consideration requires at least two years of inside sales experience alongside a bachelor's degree in a business or marketing field.

Job Responsibilities
Core Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts while maintaining strong relationships across internal teams (outside sales, shipping, production, finance, IT)
- Maintain full availability for in-person work (Monday–Friday) with flexibility for scheduled/unscheduled overtime and overnight travel as required
- Proactively uphold, initiate, and lead all company safety policies, procedures, and workplace housekeeping standards

Qualifications
Job Requirements
- Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience) paired with 2 years of inside sales experience/internship
- Preferred Background: Account management experience and technical/industry knowledge of flat-rolled steel making
- Skills & Commitment: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ability to travel overnight, work overtime, and strict adherence to workplace safety standards
